Our Client is the global leader in the design and manufacture of conveying and seasoning systems for the food industry. They have over 40 years of experience and the best engineers in the industry. They manufacture all their own equipment across their two premises.

Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning various areas in the Factory and Offices to a high standard
• Emptying bins where necessary
• Hoovering bays, keeping the floor clear of debris and dust
• Using the ride on sweeper to keep the factory clean and tidy
• Keeping the areas immediately outside the factory clean, including but not limited to:
• Emptying the cigarette bins
• Removing rubbish
• Cleaning the fridges, including removing expired foods and wiping down
• Arranging cover for our second site , e.g. annual leave cover, sickness absence cover
• Walk rounds daily to monitor cleanliness of KMG Site
• Ensuring cleaning supplies are well stocked at both sites, including completing order requests for new stock

Day to day supervision of the cleaning team, including but not limited to

• Holding toolbox talks
• Monitoring productivity
• Checking equipment
• Annual review preparation
• Any other reasonable duties as required by your line manager

Person Specification:

• Understanding of COSHH regulations and general H&S practices beneficial
• Good communication skills with a range of people, including colleagues and visitors
• Able to work well as part of a team and independently when required
• High attention to detail, organised and reliable

Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 17:00 Friday 08:00 - 16:00
