Our client is seeking to recruit a Machine Operator on a Temp to Perm basis.
Hours of work: Monday to Thursday. 08:30 - 16:30 hours. Friday. 08:30 - 15:00 hours
Duties will include:
- Prepare, calibrate, and operate production machinery according to SOP's.
- Load raw materials into the equipment accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor production workflows, test finished products, and use precision measurement tools to identify defects.
- Maintenance & troubleshooting:
- Perform routine machine maintenance, clear jams, and report major faults to the maintenance team.
- Record production data, material usage, and downtime metrics to ensure product traceability and shift handovers.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and maintain a clean workspace.
