We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations and ensure the efficient management of materials, inventory, and shipping processes. This role is essential in maintaining smooth logistic workflows, optimising warehouse procedures, and supervising a team of warehouse staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, mechanical aptitude, and a comprehensive understanding of warehouse management systems, to support the company's growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Packing & despatching equipment
- Stock take & inventory monitoring
- Managing general warehouse processes & standards
- Computer literate in MS Office
- Excellent customer service skills
Candidate Specification
- Ownership & Accountability: Someone who treats the warehouse as their own and takes pride in an efficient, tidy environment.
- Process-Driven Mindset: High attention to detail and a commitment to following operational protocols.
- Reliability & Initiative: Self-motivated with strong organisational skills.
- Experience: Prior warehouse experience (handling medical devices or sensitive equipment is a plus, but not essential).
Hours of work
Monday to Thursday 09:00 - 16:00 which may extend to a Friday as demand grows
