Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Estimator role located in Stotfold. The Sales Estimator will be responsible for calculating project estimates accurately, preparing quotations, and supporting sales efforts. The role includes working closely with clients to determine needs, maintaining strong customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. The successful candidate will play a key role in both day-to-day estimations and long-term business development efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
• Proven experience in Sales and Business Development to drive growth and build relationships
• Expertise in Project Estimation, including the ability to analyze specifications and prepare accurate quotes
• Proficiency in attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with glass and glazing industry standards is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in an in-office environment in Hitchin
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
