We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Customer Service & Estimating Co-Ordinator with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role for a client based in Biggleswade. This is a fast-paced and varied role, providing first-class customer service while supporting estimating, order processing and job coordination activities.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to customers at all times, maintaining a professional and helpful approach.
- Deal with customer enquiries in a timely and friendly manner, offering advice and support.
- Due to the nature of the business, meticulous attention to detail is essential, including checking part numbers, serial numbers and other customer information.
- Prepare and process estimates, revised estimates and quotations using internal systems, pricing systems and spreadsheets.
- Process customer orders for repairs and new parts on the system.
- Compile and email estimates and quotations to customers and follow up as required.
- Plan jobs raised to progress through the workshop.
- Keep customers updated on the progress of work going through the Workshop.
- Provide general support to the Customer Services team and management.
- Carry out other reasonable duties as required.
Person Specification
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Calm and professional manner with the ability to find solutions for customers.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
- Confident telephone manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional, reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A good sense of humour.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ Customer Service and Administration experience in a fast-paced environment.
- B2B Customer Service experience is preferred.

Hours: Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, with a rota of 7:30am–4:30pm on alternative weeks
