We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media & Content Specialist to join a growing fashion brand on a part-time basis. This role involves producing engaging visual content, managing social media channels, supporting email marketing campaigns, and contributing to the brand’s overall digital marketing strategy.

Our client would consider candidates on a self-employed basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage content across social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram etc.)
• Produce and edit high-quality visual content, including photography, video, graphics, and styling
• Develop and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent and timely posting
• Monitor analytics to optimise content performance and engagement
• Engage with followers to build community and brand loyalty
• Design and manage email campaigns using platforms such as MailChimp
• Occasionally travel for photoshoots
• Provide cover during holiday and absence periods within the team

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as qualified Social Media & Content Specialist, ideally within fashion or lifestyle brands
• Strong photography, videography, and editing skills
• Experience with content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Premiere Pro) or similar (e.g. CapCut)
• Good understanding of social media trends, analytics, and influencer marketing
• Experience creating email campaigns using platforms such as MailChimp
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible availability, including one day at the weekend

Hours & Benefits:

• Part-time, flexible hours to support business needs and cover team holidays
• 21 days holiday (pro-rata) plus bank holidays
• Salary: Dependent on experience

This is an on-site role based in Biggleswade, and candidates will be expected to work from the office. It is ideal for a motivated individual with social media experience who is eager to advance their career and make an impact while contributing to a vibrant organisational presence online.
