About the Role

Coppersmith Recruitment and Services Inc. is seeking a Flutter Developer to join our client’s growing digital development team. This is a remote, full-time position ideal for a motivated and technically skilled developer passionate about creating responsive, high-quality mobile and web applications. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable, user-centric solutions that enhance performance and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile and web applications using Flutter (primary framework).

• Design and implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces across multiple platforms.

• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and web services.

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

• Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and architecture.

Essential Requirements

• Fluency in Flutter – this is a non-negotiable requirement, as it underpins both customer-facing and internal applications.

• Strong experience with React for web-based development.

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in front-end or mobile app development.

• Proficiency in Flutter, Dart, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns and UI/UX design principles.

• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with Git and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Travis CI, CircleCI).

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with C#, Python, MongoDB, or .NET Core.

• Familiarity with cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Exposure to agile workflows, sprint planning, and collaborative development tools.
