We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. Amersham HP7 0LG

Working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

for 1.5 hours per day. From 3.30pm to 5pm.

Term time only.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are tidy, organised, and welcoming.

This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks and a commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness.

Duties

• Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Clean and sanitise classrooms, toilets, kitchens, and communal areas.
• Ensure all surfaces are wiped down and disinfected regularly.
• Remove waste and recycling materials in accordance with company policies.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to maintain health and safety standards.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as required.

Skills

• Attention to detail: Ability to notice areas that require cleaning or maintenance.
• Time management: Capable of prioritising tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Physical stamina: Ability to perform manual tasks for extended periods, including lifting and moving items as necessary.
• Reliability: Punctuality and dependability in completing assigned duties consistently.
• Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Previous cleaning experience is advantageous but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
