Are you a team player with warehouse experience and a passion for getting things done right? We’re looking for a Warehouse/Forklift Operative to join friendly and hardworking team near Shefford!

In this hands-on role, you’ll be picking and dispatching customer orders to the highest standards, checking incoming components for quantity and integrity and storing them correctly. From indoor warehouse work to outdoor tasks in all weather conditions, no two days are the same.

Responsibilities:

• Picking and dispatching orders to customers with precision
• Checking incoming goods for quantity and condition
• Handling warehouse tasks both indoors and outside
• Operating a counterbalance forklift truck
• Always following Health & Safety guidelines

What we’re looking for:

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience
• Physically fit with strong manual handling skills
• Comfortable working outside in all weather (suitable clothing and PPE will be provided)
• A team player with a can-do attitude
• Good basic IT and communication skills
• Numerate with a good attention to detail
• A full, valid driving licence
• Flexibility to work overtime when needed

Hours: 37.5 hours/week (Rotating shifts: 6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm, Monday to Friday)
