We are looking for a hands-on and reliable Production Assistant on a Temporary to Permanent basis to join our clients small team. This is a varied and physical role suited to someone who enjoys practical work and wants to play a key part in the day-to-day running of our growing food business.
Key Responsibilities
• Accurate labelling of products
• Packing of Garlic
• Organising and preparing customer orders for dispatch
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and workspace organisation
• Working closely with a small team to keep operations running smoothly
Physical Requirements
• Comfortable with manual handling, including regular moving and handling of products
About You
• Hands-on, practical and proactive
• Organised and able to follow clear instructions
• Can work independently and as part of a small team
• Reliable, punctual, with a strong work ethic
• Good attention to detail
• Previous factory/labeling/production experience helpful but not essential
Hours of work
Monday to Thursday 07:00 - 15:00 & Friday 07:00 - 12:00
