We are recruiting on behalf of a professional and highly respected enforcement company operating across England ( with head office in Bedford). This is a field-based role where no two days are the same. You will be involved in a variety of operations including trespasser removal, site security support, repossession activity, and direct enforcement action.

Highly desirable:

  • Industry experience in: High Court Enforcement, Commercial Rent Arrears Recovery, Repossession, other appropriate experience e.g. security, police, armed forces

Job Description:

  • Carrying out enforcement work covering all areas of the Company’s operations, as directed by the Operations Manager/Appropriate Line Manager.
  • To work as part of a team to ensure compliance with National Standards and other laws and regulations.
  • Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety and ensuring relevant PPE is used, method statements followed, site-specific risk assessments carried out and all relevant paperwork completed.
  • Ensure all company policies and legal requirements are met.
  • To undertake any other duties commensurate with the post.
  • Some driving required

Mandatory requirements:

  • IT literacy and working knowledge of using technical products – Camera (still and video), body cam, iPad’s, mobile phone, Microsoft (Outlook, word, basic excel).
  • Clean UK driving licence (No offence for incorrect use of mobile, no drink/driving, no more than 6 penalty points)
  • DBS criteria met (previously CRB).
  • Working hours should not restrict the completion of duties. This requires the ability of flexible working to accommodate operational requirements.

  • Physically fit (able to be on feet for long hours and walk in different terrains I.e. fields, woods and car parks and willing to work outdoors in all weathers)

  • Able to deal with people discretely
  • Be persuasive and assertive.

Hours: Monday to Sunday - Minimum of two days of availability per week

Hourly pay rate: £13.00 per hour

  • Monday to Friday (less than 6 months of experience with the business) £13.00 per hour
  • Monday to Friday (after 6 months) £14.00 per hour
  • Saturday and Sundays (less than 6 months of experience with the business) £18.00 per hour
  • Saturdays ,Sundays and mandatory BH (after 6 months) £20.00 per hour
